Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of towinglot.com and Towing Lot accounts, listings, reviews, claims, guides, and featured-placement services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Questions may be sent to Tows@TowingLot.com.

A directory, not a towing provider

Towing Lot helps visitors discover and contact independent towing and roadside-assistance companies. Towing Lot does not dispatch tow trucks, perform towing services, set provider prices, guarantee response times or coverage, or supervise a provider's work. Confirm availability, pricing, insurance, equipment, destination, and service terms directly with the company you choose. Call 911 for an immediate danger or emergency.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the site lawfully. You may not impersonate another person or business, scrape or overload the site, insert malicious code, manipulate rankings or reviews, submit links in reviews, or use the service to deceive, harass, or violate another party's rights.

Listings, claims, and reviews

Directory information may come from public sources, companies, owners, and users. A claimed listing is manually reviewed, but a claim or featured placement is not an endorsement or service-quality guarantee. Business owners are responsible for keeping their profile, service area, phone number, and other details accurate. Reviews must describe a real experience and may be screened, delayed, rejected, or removed for spam, conflicts, prohibited content, or suspected manipulation.

Featured subscriptions

Featured placements are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual billing may be offered at 20% below twelve monthly payments. Area inventory is limited, and a business may purchase more than one available city. Pricing, billing frequency, promotions, renewal timing, and cancellation terms are shown before checkout. Payments and subscriptions are charged by Response 24 Hours and processed by Stripe. You can manage eligible subscriptions from your account or contact support.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Towing Lot a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, publish, and display that content as needed to operate and promote the directory. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another party's rights.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the directory useful and available, but data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and the site may occasionally be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or results from a listed provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Towing Lot and Response 24 Hours are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts, omissions, prices, response times, or services of independent towing companies. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, moderate content, restrict misuse, or suspend access to protect users and the service. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
